Historical Vehicles at Nelahozeves Castle

On Saturday, May 11, 2024, the Association of Friends of Historical Vehicles will hold their third annual gathering, “Veterans at the Castle.” The event brings together historical cars, motorcycles, bicycles, military vehicles, and much more for public enjoyment.
Program
🛞 08:00 - 10:00 Arrival and registration of participants
🛞 10:30 - 10:45 Welcoming speech by William Lobkowicz
🛞 10:00 - 15:00 Free tours of the castle for registered participants
🛞 10:00 - 14:30 Time for visitors to vote for the best car
🛞 11:00 - 14:00 Pedal car races for young visitors
🛞 12:00 - 12:30 Show of period prams and costumes with live commentary
🛞 14:15 - 14:30 Pedal car race finals in the castle courtyard
🛞 14:45 - 15:00 Announcement of the results of all competitions
🛞 15:00 - 16:00 Departure of participants through the starting gate with live commentary
Visitors can also look forward to traditional crafts, attractions for children, and performances from the local swing orchestra Big Band Kralupy. Refreshments will be available throughout the day. The event is organized by the Association of Friends of Historical Vehicles with the support of House of Lobkowicz, the village of Nelahozeves, and the town of Kralupy nad Vltavou.

Discounted Tours of the Exhibition
On the day of the festival, we offer special discounted tours of the exhibition. The duration of the tour during the festival is about 30 minutes, and the maximum number of people in a group is 25. Tours will run from 10:00—16:00. Due to the high demand, we recommend booking your tour time as soon as you arrive at the festival.
