An Exciting Cooking Battle Awaits

On February 28, Restaurant Goldie at Hotel Nautilus in Tábor will host local chefs Martin Svatek and Martin Pudil, whose cooking skills will be put to the test as they compete against each other. Both chefs, who are also members of the Czech National Team of Chefs and Pastry Chefs, will have to prepare dishes from the same menu. They will be judged by 60 guests who will decide whose dishes were better. Roman Líbal, sommelier of the Lobkowicz Roudnice Winery, is also assigned a challenging role, tasked with providing the wine pairings for each dish.
Restaurant Goldie is considered one of the best-rated restaurants in the Czech Republic. It is ranked 23rd in the Mauer's Choice Grand Restaurant list in the “TOP 100 absolutely” best restaurants and is also included in the “TOP 20 list” selected by experts.
